At Fareham HC we pride ourselves in having the best umpires in the area and with our Junior Section expanding rapidly we have the need for more umpires to cover our Sunday U12 & U14 games and U8/10 Junior Tournaments.

The session is focused on junior players who wish to enhance their skills, parents who wish to support the club but didn’t know where to start, and for current players who have thought about giving it a go but feel that the umpiring the adult game might be too big a step.

This event will provide an opportunity to gain knowledge of the key rules of hockey, understand where to position yourself during a game and how to whistle and signal with confidence.
